Andreas Harrysson moved to the top of the table on Tuesday, after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five on Day Two and looks to secure his place in Saturday’s finale, going into the final day of Group A on Wednesday.
Harrysson, who entered Tuesday’s play on 6 points from the opening day of Group A, won five matches from five to move to the top of the table. The Swede is bidding to become only the second player to successfully defend the Super Series crown.
Dirty Harry recorded victories against Niall Culleton, Tommy Morris, John Henderson, Reece Robinson and Gilbert Van der Meijden, to sit on 16 points from a possible 20 thus far.
Elsewhere, John Henderson is also sat on 16 points, but sits in 2nd behind Harrysson due to leg difference, whilst Gilbert Van der Meijden sits in 3rd on 12 points, Tommy Morris in 4th on 10 points, Reece Robinson in 5th on 4 points and Niall Culleton bottom on 2 points.
Wednesday saw Andreas Harrysson secure his place in Saturday’s finale, after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five to end his Group A campaign, top, as the field was confirmed for Groups B and C at the Modus Super Series.
Harrysson, who entered Wednesday’s play on 16 points from the opening two days of Group A, topped the group overall, after winning all five of his matches for the second day in a row as he seeks a second MSS title in a row.
The Swede recorded victories against John Henderson, Gilbert Van der Meijden, Reece Robinson, Tommy Morris and Niall Culleton, to end on 26 points from a possible 30.
Elsewhere, John Henderson and Tommy Morris will compete in Group B, after the pair finished 2nd and 3rd respectively overall, with Henderson ending on 20 points and Morris on 14 points. The duo will be joined on Thursday and Friday Evening by John O’Shea, Alec Small and Ross Montgomery.
Gilbert Van der Meijden, Niall Culleton and Reece Robinson will all compete in Group C, after finishing 4th, 5th and 6th respectively overall, with Van der Meijden ending on 14 points, Culleton on 10 points and Robinson on 6 points.
The trio will be joined on Thursday and Friday Afternoon by Lee Cocks, Richard Hosey and Richard-Eirig Rowlands.
The Modus Super Series continues on Thursday with Group C commencing from 1pm BST and Group B commencing from 10pm BST.
